Privacy Policy

Last updated: 17 June 2026

PeakMyAds is the trading brand of PeakAds LLP ("PeakAds", "we", "us"), a limited liability partnership registered in India with its registered office at Kharadi, Pune 411014, Maharashtra, India. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share and protect information across our website at peakmyads.com and our programmatic advertising platform (our DSP, SSP and exchange services). Our services are directed primarily to businesses in the United States.

1. Who we are and our role

We handle two distinct streams of information. For our website and our direct business relationships (for example, contact-form enquiries), PeakAds is the controller of that information. In the programmatic advertising context, data passes through our platform on behalf of advertisers, publishers and technology partners; in that activity we generally act as a service provider / processor, handling data under agreements with those partners.

2. Information we collect

(a) Website and business contacts

When you contact us or do business with us, we collect the details you provide — such as your name, company, business email, role and the contents of your message — together with standard server log data (IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed and timestamps).

(b) Programmatic advertising data

When ads are requested, served and measured through our platform, we and our partners may process: device and mobile advertising identifiers (such as IDFA or Google Advertising ID), IP address (often in truncated form), approximate or coarse geographic location, device, browser and operating-system information, pseudonymous identifiers, and ad-interaction events (impressions, clicks, conversions). We do not seek to collect your name, precise GPS location, or special / sensitive categories of personal information through the programmatic stream.

3. How we use information

4. Cookies and similar technologies

Our marketing website uses only strictly necessary cookies and does not set advertising or analytics cookies. In programmatic ad delivery, we and our partners use cookies, mobile advertising identifiers and pixels to serve and cap ads, measure performance and detect fraud. For full detail, see our Cookies Policy.

5. How we share information

We share information with the partners and providers needed to run a programmatic exchange, including demand- and supply-side platforms, ad servers and related technology partners (for example, supply and demand partners such as BidsCube, PLL and similar platforms), as well as service providers and sub-processors who act on our behalf under contract. We may also disclose information where required to comply with law, to protect our rights or those of others, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. However, certain data-sharing for digital advertising may be treated as a "sale" or "sharing" under California law — see Section 8 for your choices.

6. Consent and legal basis

PeakAds is not a registered IAB Transparency & Consent Framework (TCF) vendor and does not operate its own consent management platform. Where consent is required for cookies or identifiers in the programmatic chain, that consent is obtained by the publishers and supply partners from whom the inventory originates, and we rely on the transparency and consent signals those partners pass to us. We require our partners, by contract, to obtain all consents and provide all notices required by applicable law. For our website and direct business data, we rely on legitimate interests and, where required, your consent.

7. Children's privacy (COPPA)

Our services are directed to businesses, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Where inventory is child-directed, partners must identify it as such (for example, by setting the COPPA signal in the bid request), and we apply limitations including no behavioural targeting and restricted use of identifiers. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate consent, we will delete it.

8. Your US privacy rights (CCPA / CPRA and other states)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to request its deletion or correction, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information and of cross-context behavioural (targeted) advertising. We honour the Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid opt-out request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. Residents of other US states with comparable privacy laws have similar rights. To exercise any right, email info@peakmyads.com.

9. International users (EEA and UK)

Although our services are directed primarily to the United States, where we process the personal data of individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom we do so consistent with the GDPR and UK GDPR. In that case you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability, and any international data transfers are made under appropriate safeguards. To exercise these rights, contact info@peakmyads.com.

10. Data retention

11. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures — including encryption of data in transit and access controls — to protect information against unauthorised access, loss or misuse. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Industry opt-outs

You can opt out of interest-based advertising from participating companies through the Digital Advertising Alliance (optout.aboutads.info) and the Network Advertising Initiative (optout.networkadvertising.org). On mobile devices, you can use the operating system's "Limit Ad Tracking" setting or reset your advertising identifier.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be highlighted where appropriate.
